Sanlian Casting is located in Hejin, an industrial city in Shanxi Province, China. The factories consist of more than 24 acres (100,000 square meters) and 430 employees. The annual capacity is 38,000 tons. Sanlian Casting was founded in May 2002 as the core business of Sanlian Group. The initial investment was 230,000,000RMB. The products of Sanlian Casting include gasoline/diesel engine cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, bearing caps, gearboxes, compressor housings and high-speed rail series products. Since Sanlian Casting has always focused on the production of high-quality auto engine parts castings, it has gained much experience in product development and manufacturing in this industry.

Sanlian Casting is certified according to ISO9001 and TS16949. With the efforts and performances of our great people, the scrap rate of the products has continually decreased. In 2012, the average internal scrap rate of cylinder blocks and heads was 2.5% and the external scrap rate was 1.5%.
Sustainable Development and ‘Green’ Casting
From its own development experience, Sanlian has established a circular economy system of ‘coking – steel production – electricity generation – casting – international trade’. With the idea of sustainable development, Sanlian pays attention to technique, profit and environment protection at the same time and stick to the concept of ‘Green Casting’. So far, Sanlian has built its own resin sand regeneration system and possesses an independent patent in this field.
