Circular economy and environment-friendly development are the core strategies of Sanlian Group. Sanlian has always focused on building a technical, effective and environment-friendly development strategy and has paid much attention on technique innovation. Sanlian Casting uses the advantages of the industrial chain of Sanlian Group and built the Foundry Engineering Research and Development Center with Tsinghua University. The two cooperators worked together on the project of ‘blast-furnace short process molten casting production’ and made significant achievements.

 

 

To implement the policy of circular economy, improve resource conservation and comprehensive utilization level, Sanlian Casting has been working to achieve conservation, clean, security and sustainable development. The core strategy is to make highly efficient and recycling use of resources with the principle of ‘reducing, recycling and resourcing’. The company tries to get lower consumption, lower emission but higher efficiency and turns the old manufacturing mode of ‘resource – product – waste’ into a new mode of ‘resource – product – recycled resource’. This is a revolution to the traditional manufacturing idea of ‘mass production, mass consumption and mass waste’ in this industry. To achieve this target, Sanlian Casting built its own resin sand regeneration system in 2013 to reuse the wasted sand and protect the environment. Sanlian Casting values original innovation and possesses an independent patent of the resin sand regeneration system.
