You location：New Resin Sand Production Line Completed
To meet the increasing demand of our customers, Sanlian Casting started the construction of a new resin sand line (Sanlian No. 3 Production Line). The construction work started in August 2014 and was completed on December 30th 2014. The production line and other major parts are produced by Jier Machine-Tool Group Co., Ltd. which is a major leading machine manufacturer in China. The high quality machines from Jier ensures the smooth operation of the new production line.
No. 3 Production Line is designed to produce heavy-duty engine castings. The flask size limit of this line is 2000×1200×500/500mm. The new line produces 8 sets each hour and has an annual capacity of 8000 tons. It provides strong support to the production of the current products as well as to the possible demand increase in the future.
