Sanlian Casting held the 2014 annual meeting of all staff on January 28th 2015. The main message of the meeting is 'solidarity and improvement'.
The annual meeting was held in the newly completed raw material warehouse. It lasted for two hours and was hosted by Mr. HOU Zhaoli, Assistant General Manager of Sanlian Casting. The management of Sanlian Casting and Sanlian Group attended and spoke at the meeting. Mr. ZHANG Xuejun, General Manager of Sanlian Casting, gave a brief summary of the company's business in 2014 and brought up the business goals and incentive plans of 2015. Mr. HAO Changhou, Deputy CEO of Sanlian Group and Senior Consultant of Sanlian Casting, delivered a speech of recognition and future expectations. In the end, Mr. WEI Fangzhi, Chairman of Sanlian Group spoke to appreciate the hard work of all staff in 2014. He also revealed the employee living condition improvement plan of 2015 at the meeting which inspired all the attandees very much.
Employees who won the awards of 'Sanlian Outstanding Employee' and 'Sanlian Outstanding Team' were awarded at the meeting by the management of the company. The two representatives of the award winners gave a speech to inspire the attandees with their own experience and joys.
After the meeting, all attandees enjoyed the lunch in the worker's canteen.
